Custom Drinkware & Resin Gifts
The drinkware & gifts I make are completed using a resin that is incidental food safe giving the cup or item a glassy finish.
- Turnaround time for tumblers & gifts averages 21 days. This may vary based on demand and seasonal availability. However, I will contact you before starting to confirm.
- If you require your item quicker, please contact me as I MAY be able to provide a rush order for an additional fee.
- I appreciate your patience in respect to my TAT. I may not always be able to answer any messages straight away, but rest assured I will read them and reply whenever possible.
- I will provide no less then 2 updates with images during the design process.
- Changes made to the design after approval may result in an additional fee.
- As these items are lovingly hand made by me, there may be slight imperfections, this includes stray glitter. Being handcrafted, no two will ever be completely the same.
- All sales are final. As these items are custom made, once your order has been processed and design has begun, no refunds are applicable.
- All designs created by me, always remain my intellectual property and are not to be redistributed or remade without my permission.
- The items/s made by me will be shared to social media and added to my portfolio. If you do not wish for this to happen, or to have it posted after a certain date, please let me know.
- Please ensure to follow the care instructions provided to get the best life from the product.
